“Facts are stubborn things.” – John Adams

This blog was formerly known as “Facts From Outside the Liberal Echo Chamber”. I have removed the word “Liberal” from the title for two reasons: 1) being singled out with a word that is often used in the pejorative was offensive to many progressive-minded people who would therefore not read it; and 2) it also my intention to ensure that conservative positions are based on facts, and a complete picture of the facts. If and when I find that conservatives are repeating only that part of the facts that fits into their conservative worldview, creating a conservative echo chamber, I will also call them out.

That being said, there are politicians, members of the media, teachers and academics, TV and movie producers, theologians, writers, bloggers, and lots of other really good people, who are still only hearing and repeating that part of the facts that fits into their progressive, liberal worldview. This blog is intended to challenge them to consider the rest of the facts, and when the facts demand it to change their policy positions, perhaps even their worldview.

As before, I also seek to inform the un-informed who have no political leanings.

RULES:  Thoughtful, reasoned, kindly stated comments are welcome. Acidic vitriol, profanity, and angry spewing, etc., will be deleted. If I stand corrected I will admit it. If a challenge must be countered, I will counter it.Let us deal only in the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God.
